Our quality medical team includes local visiting GPs, physiotherapists, dieticians, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and podiatrists. It also includes visiting dentists, optometrists and audiologists.
High Security
With 24-hour on-site RN nursing care, we continue to care for you even as your needs change. We run a state-of-the-art resident nurse call system. We take the responsibility of providing a safe and secure home for the residents in our care very seriously. Our CCTV System is designed to offer another level of safety to our Residents and Staff.
Food and Dining
Food made with love. Our local chefs create exciting seasonal menus. A combination of nutrition, presentation, home cooking, taste and variety means you and your taste buds are well catered for. We are also happy to accommodate individualised meal plans for any residents with specific dietary requirements. A variety of drinks are offered with all meals.
In addition to our regular food service, you can also enjoy happy hours, pre-dinner drinks, BBQ nights and a range of other special events. We encourage friends and family to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions in our private dining rooms.

We have onsite hairdressing services. Free basic manicures are also available through our Lifestyle Staff. Access to our beauty services means you can keep the confidence and happiness that comes from looking and feeling your best.

You have access to daily newspapers in our lounge areas. Ultra-Fast Internet services are also available to you, with our helpful staff always on hand to assist with any Skype calls or other services we provide.
Oxa Care is always looking at new ways to keep our residents connected to the broader community. Our Entertainment HUB technology platform gives you access to free to air TV and radio but also incorporates on-demand movies and TV through its own features, similar to that of Netflix. Other features of the new technology platform are the connectivity apps. One family-based app allows content to be delivered directly to your room from your family’s phones, a great way of getting those holiday snaps in an instant. A broader community app allows internal content to be shared, so you are always up to date on the events and activities of your new community in Oxa Care.

Our housekeeping service includes laundry services and sorting. Beds are made and rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

Respite Care
Respite care is a short-term offering to support those needing care and to their carers who may need a break or simply to experience Aged Care without a long-term commitment.
Being a carer is an admirable commitment. From time to time, you may require a break to rest and recharge. Respite care is the ideal way to know your loved one is being taken care of in a welcoming and safe environment.
Respite care provides support to those needing care and to their carers who may need a break. Taking care of a loved one is a rewarding thing to do, however over time it does take a toll on your emotional and mental health. Having access to respite care at Oxa Care means that you would be able to take some time away from the responsibilities that come with looking after someone. It would allow both you and your loved one to have a break, change of scenery and to clear any stress.
Respite Care can range from 2 weeks to a longer period of time, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
