Hear from our residents and family members

"What can I say about this place, very beautiful, hotel like residential place. I recently booked one of their dining rooms to celebrate an occasion with my mother, and we had a great time. The room was all equipped to ensure all guests were happy."

Why choose Oxa Care

Diversity is not merely a checklist of actions and buzzwords — it’s a principle. We sincerely believe that residents of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and those with differing physical, cognitive and mental health problems can live together in safety and harmony. Our three decades in this industry have only strengthened our convictions. Whatever your needs, you can rest assured that our compassionate staff will welcome you without judgment.

Community is everything

By participating in regular social events and therapy classes, our residents build deep bonds with each other.

Understanding your right to culturally sensitive aged care

The Australian Charter of Aged Care Rights outlines the rights and protections you are entitled to. One of which is your right “to have [your] identity, culture and diversity valued and supported.

When assessing potential aged care providers, ask them specific questions about how they protect your rights. Ask to see their policies and about their experiences caring for residents with similar needs to yours. Book a consultation and tour with us, and we’ll explain how we protect all of our residents’ rights.
